Our Programs

Through our Community Development, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Sandhills Cooperation Association, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization. We are engaged in a wide variety of Program Areas.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement is the critical first step in organizing and SCA approaches this need with a wide variety of approaches. Informative dinners, education, community business start-up, just listening, and fun cultural activities.

Youth Entrepreneurs & Financial Literacy

SCA supports youth training
and start-ups. Core team members in Randolph, Stanly and Moore County completed youth training programs from cooking to finance and entrepreneurship in 2021 with plans to expand.

Education & Outreach

SCA Sponsors, Designs and Presents Classes for self-reliant living skills. SCA has partnered with Co-Starter, providing 10-week courses for aspiring business owners. Consulting services are also available.
