SCA's Administrative Assistant Mary House volunteers at the 2022 US Women's Open Championship
The Sandhills Cooperation Association (SCA) recently participated in a fundraiser at the 2022 U.S. Women's Open Championship to support the work of the organization.
The U.S. Women's Open is one of the most prestigious golf tournaments in the world, and has been held annually since 1946. This year's event will took place at the Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club in North Carolina from June 2-5.
During the tournament, SCA volunteers was stationed at two holes to sell food and beverages to spectators. A percentage of the proceeds from sales will go directly to the organization to help support its programs and initiatives.
